For quite some time, we had been looking at houses and properties. We knew it was Victor's dream to build from scratch; we just needed to find the right parcel. After dropping me off one day for work in August, Victor decided to look back at property just beyond the railroad tracks in Moorpark. To his astonishment, there was a brand new sign literally being posted. He drove back and found what would later become affectionately known as "The Land".
